If these terms are not accepted, do not use the Services.
  2. Eligibility
  • Users must meet the minimum age required by local law and game publisher rules for each title.
  • Additional eligibility rules (country, rank, device, ID verification) may apply per tournament.
  • Vexor may request proof of eligibility and may disqualify or suspend users who fail checks.
  1. Accounts and Security
  • Keep login credentials confidential; account holders are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
  • Immediately notify support of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
  • Vexor may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or tournament rules.

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior in matches, chats, or social channels.
  • Follow all game publisher rules and event rules, including device/network requirements.
  • Vexor may issue warnings, penalties, forfeits, disqualifications, bans, or prize forfeiture for violations.
  1. Tournament Registration and Participation
  • Entries are accepted while slots last. Vexor may change formats, brackets, or schedules when necessary.
  • Users must join lobbies/rooms on time and follow admin instructions; late or no‑show may result in forfeit.
  • Proof requirements (screenshots, recordings, match IDs) may apply to validate results or disputes.
  • Vexor’s scoring and admin decisions are final unless an appeal process is expressly provided.
  1. Fees, Payments, and Payouts
  • Entry fees (if any) are shown at registration and are non‑refundable once a slot is confirmed, except where the tournament is cancelled or as required by law.
  • Payouts are made only to verified winners using the method supported (e.g., UPI, bank, wallet) and the exact handle provided by the winner. Users are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
  • Prizes may be adjusted or withheld in cases of rule violations, fraud, ineligibility, or incomplete verification.
  • Taxes and reporting are the recipient’s responsibility; Vexor may withhold taxes where required.

  • Refusal or tampering may result in disqualification and account action.
  1. Disputes and Support
  • Report match issues promptly and follow the evidence/proof guidelines in each event.
  • Admins may request additional proof and may decide outcomes at their discretion to preserve competitive integrity.
